Result from the selection of the best pieces which form a limited series and numbered according to the production year.
This piece is obtained from the Ibérico pig hindlimbs, fatten up in montanera (natural pasture of holm oak and cork oak) until getting 170 kg. 
They are cured in a natural way with painstakingly care, resulting a long and stylized piece (80-90 cm) with thin leg and golden tones external fat that denote their natural feeding with acorns.
