Taxes and shipping fees are included in prices

 

Taxes are included in all prices shown in our shop. In order of a better transparency, shipping fees are included separately at the end of the purchasing process, due to they depend on the final purchase weight and destination.

 

Delivery period

 

Shipments are managed by the carrier company Nacex, whose delivery period varies according to the destination area:

  1. Spain 1: Peninsula
  2. Spain 2: Balearic Islands
  3. Europe-Area 1: France.
  4. Europe-Area 2: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherland
  5. Europe-Area 3: Austria, Italy, United Kingdom.
  6. Europe-Area 4: Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic.
  7. Europe-Area 5: Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland.

Remember that we do not store any product in order to make them arrive to your home as fresh as possible and in the best conditions. We will inform you by mail when your shipment is submitted.

Due to customs expenses and special taxes we don't ship to:

  1. Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands (Spain)
  2. Portugal: Azores Islands and Madeira (Portugal)
  3. Guernsey Islands and Jersey (United Kingdom)

A good way to minimize shipping expenses is making a big order, even sharing it among friends or relatives. The maximum weight for a single order is 100 Kg. Please contact us for heavier shipments before place the order. We don't ship any parcel to post office boxes.

 

Quantity of bottles of alcoholic drinks that I can purchase.

 

Only for shipments outside Spain. In this case, the European legislation establishes that is only allowed to import alcoholic drinks for personal consumption. Vbo Spanish Delicatessen limits this amount to a maximum of 10 bottles per purchase. There is no limit for shipments inside Spain.

 

How are products shipped?

 

In order to guarantee a successful experience from the beginning to the end, we only work with prestigious carrier companies (Nacex nowadays).
Every shipment is appropriately protected into required packaging to guarantee that the product is delivered in perfect conditions.

 

Availability of products

 

Initially, all products shown in our shop are available. Bear in mind that, due to their natural origin, many of our products have a limited production. In case we run out of some product at the moment of making your purchase and we could not update this information in our catalogue, we will contact you as soon as possible to propose you a similar product or refund you the corresponding amount.

 

Could I specify the time of delivery?

 

No. Because of that we recommend you to indicate an address where someone could gather up the parcel - Such as a friend of a relative.

 

What happens if I'm not at home at the deliver moment?

 

In case the carrier tried to deliver the parcel and there were nobody to pick it up, he will leaves a note to warn about the delivery try. Please, contact with the carrier office as soon as possible (chiefly if you ordered fresh products) calling to the phone number that you will find in the warning note, in order to arrange a new delivery.

In case of one or several products were damaged during the transport, we will send you a new product or we will refund you the corresponding amount to the credit card you used to pay your purchase. Vbo Spanish Delicatessen will bear all the extra transport expenses which could be originated, whenever the product was not used, altered or manipulated.

NOTE: It is important to verify your purchase status in the right moment of the reception and, if you perceive some damage supposedly due to the transport, or any error with the composition, you will point it out at the delivery note when signing it.

Yes. If your order was not shipped yet, we will refund you the total amount.
If it was already shipped, you must return the parcel. Nevertheless, bear in mind that transport expenses will be on your charge. The maximum term to cancel an order is 7 business days after its reception. Credit card payment?

 

Vbo Spanish Delicatessen guarantees the greatest security and confidentiality when you buy in our store. In a similar way to the operation you do in a cash machine, when you purchase at Vbo Spanish Delicatessen, your credit card data are encrypted using the SSL security protocol and forwarded directly to the corresponding financial entity, which is the one that accept or reject the payment. This way, the info transmitted through the internet has a total security and Vbo Spanish Delicatessen does not keep these data at any time, therefore it cannot be viewed or filed.

 

Credit card payment?

 

If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay your purchase in our shop. In this case, after confirm your order, you will be redirected to paypal.com, where you will only have to connect to your account and confirm the payment.

Such data provided by the user will keep included in an automated  file, which will be processed exclusively for the described purpose, information regarding to orders or newletters if it was previously specified by the user.
Personal data will be treated with the appropriate protection level, according to the Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, taking the necessary actions to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or access by third parties which could use them for different purposes than the ones that were specified by the user.

Where are you located?

 

We are located in Iscar, a cute village in the middle of the iberian north meseta. Inside a pine forest region, a few kilometres south from the river Duero, which gives his name to the famous wine land (Rivera de Duero), and well known around the country thanks to the roasted baby lamb and roasted baby pig.
